Caltel was pleased to be asked to supply and fit a brand new full working kitchen for L’apero French Bistro.

Looking for locations in Shrewsbury L’apero decided on 11 Fish Street previously owned by Harvey’s

L’apero requested a kitchen design to accommodate there distinguished menu and specialist sourced Wine

This resulted in Caltel fitting a fully personalised designed kitchen and ventilation system

The equipment scheduled comprised:
